Tom Nault appointed CEO of Open Interface North America, Inc.

Seattle, Washington - March 21, 2006 - The Board of Directors of Open Interface North America, Inc. wishes to announce the appointment of Tom Nault to the position of Chairman of the Board and CEO of Open Interface North America, Inc. Akemi Sagawa will retain her title as President and will remain on the Board of Directors. Akemi will focus her attention on building OINA's Japanese relationships and will continue to remain active in the overall direction of the company. The Board also wishes to thank Akemi for her founding leadership, dedication and continued commitment to the success of the company.

Tom Nault will continue to build the organization and expand operations into new products and markets where OINA can further differentiate itself from its competitors. Prior to his appointment as CEO, since May 7, 2004, Tom served as OINA’s Chairman of the Board. Tom Nault has managed companies as CEO or as Managing Member for more than 24 years. Tom remains a partner of Dashlight Systems LLC, parent company to OINA and NW Fiduciary LLC. While at NW Fiduciary, Tom was personally appointed by the Federal Courts to oversee the management of numerous corporate settlements. Prior to NW Fiduciary, he was CEO of Calibre Technologies USA, Inc., and Cravings, Inc. Tom earned a BA from The Evergreen State College.
